MF6030SW Universal Ultrasonic Liquid Flowmeter

Product introduction

The MF6030SW is a general purpose ultrasonic flowmeter for liquid measurement. It adopts Mezolon's patented peak detection method and compensation system. The principle of the time difference method is that a pair of sensors transmit and receive encoded ultrasonic signals through the liquid in the pipe. When the liquid is flowing, the signal propagation time in the downstream direction is shorter than that in the upstream direction, and the time difference is proportional to the flow rate. The MF6030SW measures this time difference and uses the pipe parameters to derive the flow rate and direction. During the measurement process, the MF6030SW can correct the compensation parameters according to the change of the medium, so that the flow measurement can reach a higher level. The transmitter can automatically identify the probe parameter data, automatically calibrate, and provide accurate, durable and stable measurement.
